Erika Schwartz: We have to remember that failure in life in INEVITABLE- but we MUST NOT be the least bit disheartened by it. We must rise up with greatness, each time and feel encouraged and the respect that WE DID NOT GIVE UP when most whined and complained. When others said "its not fair or right"- IT DOESN'T MATTER. You have to keep moving forward no matter what. That is the only way you can succeed. So you should rejoice when you fail, because you will gain far more from your failures than from your successes.
